Return and Refund Policy At H-FoS Collection we take pride in our quality products and value our relationship with you. If at any time you feel our product did not meet your needs, please return the item by following our return policy within a 30 day period. How to Return a Product Purchased from H-FoS Collection website No returns will be accepted without a prior notice to us. To secure a return please contact us via email at info@h-fos.com. A return may be requested up to 15 days from the shipping invoice date. Returns and refunds are only accepted for items purchased via H-FoS Collection website. On receipt of returned item(s) and inspection shall be conducted. All items shall be returned in original condition and shall include the original packaging and lable tagging which shall not have been removed from the item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and are paid by you. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments. Any deviation from the return policy outlined above will result in a delay of your refund, or refusal of your return refund.
